Caroline Sullivan began her career in commercial real estate with Cawley Chicago in 2005. She spent a year working with a global commercial real estate firm and rejoined the Cawley Chicago team in March 2008.
Caroline is responsible for all marketing and public relations—including listing collateral, tenant representation tour materials, website editorial, design implementation, press releases and client relations. While executing the specialized marketing strategy Cawley Chicago utilizes, she has implemented new tools for brokers and clients, new presentation materials for the company, and updated design collateral. Caroline works diligently to keep abreast of the latest technologies, marketing concepts and current real estate market conditions to ensure continued success for the company.
Caroline’s marketing degree, license in real estate, and essential hands-on design experience give her the tools and knowledge she needs to effectively and efficiently expose properties and improve Cawley’s marketing communications. Furthermore, Caroline’s outgoing personality, previous professional relationships, and passion to succeed are a benefit to both the company and its clients.
