Background / Experience

Dan joined Cawley Chicago in July 2010, bringing with him 15 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1995, he began his career with Owen Wagner in Schaumburg, IL, and was an active agent for 10 years—eventually becoming vice president of sales. At Owen Wagner, Dan covered the entire Metro Chicagoland area, specializing in investment sales, as well as medical, office and industrial leasing and sales. In 2005, Dan joined Marcus and Millichap in Oakbrook Terrace, IL—the largest investment real estate firm in the country—as an investment broker for the National Office, Industrial, Retail and Medical Properties Group focusing on the Chicago area.

Throughout his career, Dan has been involved in negotiating over 400 lease agreements and sales contracts. He looks forward to continuing his successful track record at Cawley Chicago in investment sales, as well as medical sales and leasing.
