Terry Grapenthin joined Cawley Chicago in September 2002, after graduating from Purdue University. Terry has provided valuable services to some of the top real estate companies in Chicago, and continues to be hired back for additional requirements. He has represented companies such as CenterPoint Properties, KTR Capital Partners, AMB, Prologis, Principal Financial Group, Venture One, TCB Development, Columbus McKinnon, Wrightwood Capital, Oak Realty Group and Home Depot Supply, with transactions valued in excess of $30,000,000.

For each of his clients, Terry establishes a customized real estate plan based on their individual needs—and provides a professional partnership for their acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial property and commercial land. Additionally, his construction background allows him to help clients understand the entire costs to complete a transaction, and to negotiate to align all aspects within their budgets and expectations. Terry’s primary territories at Cawley Chicago are the I-55, I-80, I-294 and I-88 corridors.
