Cawley Chicago has recently completed the sale of a three-building portfolio totaling over 74,000 square feet of space on over 8 acres of land. Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR represented the buyer, Transport Properties in the transactions located at 132 Harris Drive and 2121 Gould Court in Rockdale as well as 1806 Terry Drive in Joliet. The portfolio sale was an off-market deal, sourced directly by Hearne.
Shortly after finalizing a three-building portfolio sale, Cawley Chicago leases the 30,000 square foot maintenance facility situated on four acres of land for the new owners, Transport Properties. Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR and Reinier Pranger sourced the deal that came to fruition in only two months after changing ownership hands.
We were so impressed at how quickly our client, Transport Properties, helped us lease the space to a tenant who had an immediate need to close, says Hearne.
The tenant occupying the space is Longhorn Cargo.
