Cawley Chicago Facilitates the Sale of a 3-Story Mixed-Use Building in Chicago’s Kinzie Corridor

Cawley Chicago recently completed the sale of 450 N Leavitt Street, an 18,000 square foot, three-story brick and timber loft building located in the Kinzie Corridor. Managing Principal, Zach Pruitt alongside Vice President, Nicholas Schaefer represented building ownership, Drinkwater.

“We were happy to sell to a local small business looking to stay in the neighborhood and usher in a new chapter of growth for this unique loft style building,” said Schaefer.

Cawley Chicago sold the property to buyer Hangout Lighting for $2,127,500.00.
