Cawley Commercial Real Estate recently leased 39,400 square feet of space at Lake Zurich Industrial Park on behalf of their client and building owner, Mapletree. Principal, David Conroy, alongside Senior Vice President, Timothy Gallagher, SIOR and Associate, Joe Shapiro, helped execute the long-term lease to tenant SVT Supply Chain Solutions located at 580 Capital Drive.
SVT’s occupancy takes the park’s vacancy to 2.1%. Rents in this industrial park continue to grow as vacancy rates in Lake Zurich have been at record low levels for the last 15 months,” says Conroy.
The Lake Zurich Industrial Park benefits from quick access to Route 53, just inside the Lake County border giving it great access to McHenry, Lake, Kane, and O’Hare airport.
