Cawley Commercial Real Estate’s Urban Development team, led by Principal Zach Pruitt and Doug Hayes, were honored to be in attendance at last week’s ribbon cutting alongside their owner and project developer, IBT Group. Cawley will continue their leasing efforts as the development of “The Terminal” progresses. IBT Group plans to build out 250,000 square-feet of space on 6.9 acres of land. The 100-year-old property, which is comprised of three warehouses will be transformed into an urban workspace campus designed to attract over 200 new jobs in the creative and innovative neighborhood of Humboldt Park.
