Cawley Chicago is Recognized as the Exclusive Leasing Representative at a formal Ribbon Cutting as Mayor Lightfoot, Alderman Mitts and World Business Chicago Announce the Development of “The Terminal”

Cawley Chicago’s Urban Development team, led by Principal Zach Pruitt and Doug Hayes, were honored to be in attendance at last week’s ribbon cutting alongside their owner and project developer, IBT Group. Cawley will continue their leasing efforts as the development of “The Terminal” progresses.  IBT Group plans to build out 250,000 square-feet of space on 6.9 acres of land. The 100-year-old property, which is comprised of three warehouses will be transformed into an urban workspace campus designed to attract over 200 new jobs in the creative and innovative neighborhood of Humboldt Park.

“Along with the other members of the project team, we are excited to be tasked with the leasing assignment for the Loft Innovation Terminal. This redevelopment project has the potential to have a significant positive impact to the community by attracting businesses to the Humboldt Park and Austin neighborhoods as well as an abundance of new jobs.” -Pruitt

We would like recognize multiple groups involved in this astounding project including, IBT Group LLC, The Mansueto Office, ARCO Murray, RATIO Architects, Cawley Chicago (Doug Hayes & Zach Pruitt), MacRostie Historic Advisors LLC, Development Management Associates and Mauge, Inc. A special thank you to Chicago’s Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Commissioner Maurice Cox, Alderman Emma Mitts and World Business Chicago.
