Cawley Commercial Real Estate assisted a private seller in the recent sale of a 16.47-acre land site in Joliet, Illinois. Located at the Northeast corner of Laraway and Paterson Road, the plot of land was sold to a national trucking carrier who plans to develop a new truck terminal for their operations. Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR and Senior Associate, Reinier Pranger represented the private seller in the transaction.
“We are very pleased to have aided our client in receiving an above market rate in the purchase,” says Hearne.
The remainder of the deal terms have not been disclosed at this time.
