Cawley Chicago Sells Industrial Site in Chicago’s Pilsen Neighborhood

Cawley Chicago recently completed the sale of a 64,000 square foot industrial building located at 1600 S. Laflin Street in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. Principal, Frank Melchert alongside Principal, Doug Hayes marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was represented by Vice President, Stevan Arandjelovic also with Cawley Chicago.

The building was built in 1883, and purchased by the Seller’s family in the mid 1950’s.  We are pleased the buyer intends to breathe new life back into the building, and we look forward to the transformation that will take place over the next few years” said Principal, Frank Melchert.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
