Cawley Chicago Sells Mixed-Use Facility in Chicago’s Kinzie Corridor

Cawley Chicago is pleased to announce the recent sale of 1640 W. Hubbard Street in Chicago’s Kinzie Corridor. The facility consists of approximately 35,866 square feet of mixed-use space including flex, distribution, gallery and creative loft office. The Cawley Chicago Urban Development team consisting of principals Zach Pruitt and Frank Melchert alongside team members Brenten Blakeman and Nicholas Schaefer, represented the owner, Kaufman Jacobs in this transaction.

“This deal is significant to the market and the neighborhood, respectively. The sale of 1640 Hubbard reaffirms buyers are out in the market. Deals are happening, and the velocity in the Kinzie Corridor is right where it left off,” Pruitt says.
