The Cawley Industrial team consisting of Associate Dustin Albers, Principal Andrew Maletich, and Vice President Matt Garland recently brokered the sale of this 35,943 square foot, free-standing warehouse building located in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket. The Cawley Commercial Real Estate team represented the buyer, Sonica International Inc in this transaction.

Sonica will take occupancy in late April.
