Cawley Commercial Welcomes ERDEN at 406 N. Wood Street

Cawley Commercial is thrilled to announce the exciting addition of ERDEN, a Global Pioneer in Rug Innovation to its prestigious location at 406 N. Wood Street in Chicago’s renowned Kinzie Corridor.

The new showroom at 406 N. Wood Street, solidified with a 10-year lease, consists of 11,000 Square Feet, an expansion from their current Chicago footprint. This move symbolizes not only growth but a dedication to providing an even more immersive experience for their clientele.

With a commitment to sourcing the finest fibers from across the globe, ERDEN prides itself on the in-house creation of each rug, offering a level of customization that sets them apart in the industry. The space was formally occupied by the prominent Design Guru and star of HGTV’s The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project’s, Nate Burkus. ERDEN is keeping the creative spirit alive with rugs that are a testament to craftsmanship and artistic expression.

The collaboration was facilitated by Steve Horvath from CRE Advising, representing the Tenant, and Zach Pruitt and Nicholas Schaefer, who represented the Landlord.
