Josh Hearne, SIOR of Cawley Chicago was the sole broker on a land transaction in Joliet where a new 187,522 square foot industrial building is now being constructed.
Hearne will market the newly constructed building for lease or sale on behalf of Midwest Industrial Funds. Midwest Industrial Funds expects to complete the project by the spring of 2020.
