Frank Melchert, Principal at Cawley Commercial Real Estate, recently represented tenant Coda Resources on a 183,296 square foot lease transaction located at 990 North Avenue in Glendale Heights.
Duke Realty developed this speculative building in December of 2018, and Coda Resource now occupies 100% of the building.
“New construction, state of the art amenities and premier location with visibility and good access to labor is what attracted Coda Resources to the building,” says Melchert.
Kelly Disser, Eric Tresslar and Michael Freitag with NAI Hiffman represented the owner, Duke Realty, in this transaction.
