The $31.5 million transaction included the 42-acre property, 100,000-square-foot warehouse, a 30,000-square-foot maintenance facility and 42,000-square-feet of office space and driver amenities. The property also features a fueling station, truck scale and parking for more than 1,000 cars, truck cabs and trailers.
