Joshua Hearne, SIOR Represents Tenants In Two Separate Trucking Property Leases

Cawley Commercial Real Estate recently completed two lease transactions in Joliet and Romeoville, Illinois. Both deals offered a free-standing truck maintenance shop along with additional outdoor yard space for truck parking.

Cawley Principal Joshua Hearne, SIOR represented Legacy Trucking in a lease transaction at 2800 Schweitzer Road in Joliet, IL. The site is owned by Centerpoint Properties and consists of a 16,000 square foot building with over 55 truck parking stalls. Legacy had outgrown their prior location and had hired Hearne to help them grow and expand their business.

The second transaction is located at 110 Anton Drive in Romeoville and is a 12,480 square foot maintenance shop along with over three acres of truck parking. Hearne was hired by the tenant, Truck Service Point, Inc to help them relocate their maintenance shop closer to their main terminal. The property is owned by a private investor.
