In the midst of an industrial workforce, a 118-acre business park is now for sale in Belvidere, Illinois.
Cawley Commercial Real Estate’s Principal David Conroy, Carrie Zethmayr and Timothy Gallagher will act as the exclusive representatives on this project known as Crosslink Industrial Park.
Crosslink Industrial Park’s heavy industrial zoning means that permitted uses include indoor vehicle repair and maintenance, outdoor storage, and freight terminal. These land sites range from five to 118 acres and are available for sale or build to suit.
The site is also served by Union Pacific Railroad and a local labor force with 20 percent of its residents employed in the manufacturing industry, which is double the national average.
“The site is located directly across from the Belvidere Chrysler plant making it the perfect place for their Tier 1 suppliers,” Conroy said.
