Predictions – The Uncertain Future of Office Space

Now that many office employees have been working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, people have begun to wonder if it will continue even after social distancing restrictions are lifted. Will office work ever be the same?

A few of our experts shared their opinions:

“While the immediate need to work remote or work from home is great and it feels somewhat productive, I believe we are a social society and are more productive when we interact in person and can have group collaboration.”

-Tony Russo, Principal

“Companies are learning how to maximize technology, but this technology is not a replacement for in person meetings or collaboration.  There is no one-size fits all solution so going forward I see an environment where both in the office and remote working is a vital combination for ultimate productivity.”

-Rawly Lantz, Principal
