Frank Melchert joined Cawley Chicago as Executive Vice President in 2018 bringing over 12 years of industrial brokerage experience to the firm. Prior to Cawley Chicago, Frank began his career at Grubb & Ellis in 2006 as part of their Chicago Industrial Brokerage team. He later joined start-up company NelsonHill, LLC in 2012 to help build their brand. As a respected member of the indus- trial brokerage community, Frank has established strong relationships with businesses and city representatives in Chicago. Understanding the complex needs of his client’s operations and real estate, has enabled Frank to produce results, increasing company efficiencies and profitability.

Working with Fortune 500 Companies and local entrepreneurs alike, Mr. Melchert has completed numerous industrial transactions, ranging from portfolio sales, site selection, property brokerage and real estate consulting.

As a member of the Cawley Chicago team, Frank exemplifies the company mission, striving to create make a difference in peoples’ lives professionally and personally through creating integrity-based relationships. He works with tenants and landlords helping them optimize their operations by integrating real estate as a means to increase their profitability.
