On November 10th, 2022 NAIOP Chicago will host their 35th Annual Awards for Excellence event which recognizes projects, brokers and companies in 15 categories. The Terminal, located at 1334 N. Kostner in Humboldt Park has been selected as a finalist for Office Redevelopment of the Year.
Developer Garry Pachuki, Founder of IBT Group, along-side Cawley Commercial Real Estate’s Zach Pruitt, Doug Hayes, and Nicholas Schaefer, broke ground on the site for the 250,000 square foot project that sits on 6.9 acres of land in November of 2020. Since then, the site has been transformed and has become the new Headquarters for quantum hardware company, EeroQ.
The event will be held at Time-Out Market Chicago located at 916. W. Fulton Market in Chicago. NAIOP Chicago is a chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investor, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate.
