Cawley Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the recently executed lease transaction located at 4225 Naperville Road in Lisle, Illinois. Principal, Rawly Lantz, SIOR, alongside Senior Associate, Justin Harris, represented the tenant, Amplify ETF’s in leasing 5,291 square feet of office space.
Amplify relocated and expanded their office space from nearby Wheaton to one of the nicest class A complexes in the western suburbs. It was important that Amplify did not negatively impact their employee’s commutes, while at the same time achieving the goal of enhancing their office environment.
“It was a pleasure working with the Amplify team to identify a space that fit their growth, culture, and branding goals. After considering several building options in the I-88 corridor, it was great to find their new location at the Central Park of Lisle,” says Lantz.
