Cawley Commercial Real Estate’s Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR alongside Senior Associate, Reinier Pranger represented client and Landlord, C&K Trucking in securing a long-term lease deal with a national trucking company. The tenant will be occupying +/- 12 acres of land located at 24105 W. Front Street in Channahon for their trucking operation.
“We have been fortunate to help our client, C&K Trucking improve the value of their property by executing an early termination with the existing tenant and positioning a solid credit tenant for a long-term lease,” said Hearne.
