Joshua Hearne, SIOR represents tenant in a 30,962 SF lease at Warehouse Facility in Joliet

Cawley Chicago Principal Joshua Hearne, SIOR recently completed a 30,962 square foot lease in Joliet, IL. The multi-tenant industrial building is located at 1600 Rock Creek Blvd.  Hearne represented the tenant, Pathway Logistics, and helped the group in expanding and improving their presence in the market. Pathway Logistics took occupancy in April of 2020.

“They had a very specific requirement and needed a US customs bonded food grade facility and this property fit their needs,” Hearne said.
